In active addiction, survival meant wearing a disguise. We spent years curating the mask, managing the story, and making sure nobody looked too closely at the cracks underneath. We thought if anyone saw who we really were, we would be abandoned. But recovery showed us the opposite truth: a life built on performance is just another kind of prison.

True Face captures the exact moment the costume comes off. Rendered in raw, high-contrast woodcut and street-art stenciling, the cracked porcelain mask crumbles into autumn embers, revealing calm, steady eyes that no longer need to hide. Subtle, weathered recovery geometry sits quietly in the background like ambient street art—not as a cage, but as an anchor.

A matte hardcover journal with a bold, monochrome cover art that blends portraiture and symbolic graphics. The sewn casewrap binding keeps the book flexible and lays flat for writing. Inside, 150 lined pages with perforations let thoughts be kept or shared with ease. The matte laminated cover gives a refined, low-gloss finish that protects the vivid black-and-white print which wraps fully around the journal. Small production barcode appears on the back cover.
